The Espioti Story

 

We got our first Dalmatian 'Jesse' from a fellow selling Dalmatians from the back of his station wagon on the side of the road some 18 years ago, and have loved this breed ever since.  Although Jesse didn't have a champion pedigree, and I would never suggest buying a dog from an unknown person on the side of the road, she was definately a pure-bred Dal, and her energy and devotion to our young family made us all lovers of the breed.  

 

When Jesse died suddenly at only 8 years old from unknown causes, we were devestated, and decided to seek out a reputable AKC breeder of quality purebread Dalmatians for our next Dal.  That search led us to acquire our first show dog Nick from Starchart Dalmatians in Sarasota, FL.   Even though showing was not something I was ever planning to do, I somehow ended up in the ring, and soon was hooked!

 

Since that first day in the show ring, I have finished 5 champions including completing a Bronze level Grand Championship title on Cassie, and finishing 3 home bred champions from our first litter (Gabe x Cassie); Sherlock, Wynter, and Deci.  Recently, Gus finished his CH to become the 4th champion from the litter of 5!
